- How quickly can you deliver?As a reminder, all our products are made to order, so delivery takes between 7 and 18 days. In case of delays, delivery times can be extended to 24 days.To ensure optimum quality, we manufacture our models on demand in our factories. Therefore, production may take some time.
- Is delivery free of charge?Of course, delivery is free of charge.
- My order has not arrived yet, is this normal?As mentioned in our delivery section, delivery takes between 7 and 18 days. In case of delay, it may take up to 24 days. If it is less than 3 weeks, please be patient. Your item is on its way.
- What payment methods are available?We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal.However, we do not accept checks, money orders or wire transfers.
- Will my bank card be registered with you?NEVER, the entire banking transaction is handled 100% encrypted, so we do not have access to this information.
- My item is damaged, can I get a refund?Of course, just return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
- What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item once it has reached us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must be emailed to us as proof of delivery and please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
